Body Wraps – These could give you a temporary fix, but again, it’s temporary. Very temporary. In fact, body wraps may not even be good for your health. If you ever see an advertisement for a body wrap, do yourself a favor and turn off the TV.

Electric Muscle Stimulation – A dream come true, yes? Well, dream on. All you have to do is put on this device, switch it on, and sit back down on the couch to watch more television. Keep it up and your cellulite is all gone. Nope, sorry, that’s a hoax too.

It’s not going to be easy, It involves learning what you should eat, what you shouldn’t eat, and what exercises will help you diminish those fat cells. That’s the only solution of any effectiveness that will reduce cellulite and leave our skin looking smooth.
